Our last day in China, we had to go to the U.S. consulate in Guangzhou, they had to see our baby's face and then we had a little ceremony and recieved our visa's and paasports for our babies, there were many families there adopting some for the 4th child! Their have been 70,000 children adopted to the U.S. since they opened up in the 80's. We feel encouraged by the response we have recieved so far, this morning we spoke with a German lady who works at the hotel, and she said, seeing us adopting makes her job worthwhile, she also said there are many children in need of a family in China. We finished packing, Noelle was so excited and worked up and wouldn't take a nap, daddy finally took her down by the waterfall. It seemed like she new something was up!
